ARTIST STATEMENT
For over three decades, I guided people through the art of creating harmony in their homes and workplaces. As a Feng Shui consultant, I saw how a peaceful room could soften grief, how a balanced office could spark productivity, and how a shift in one’s environment could open the door to healing. When a space radiates harmony, abundance, and ease, the person inside often begins to do the same.
Art, I discovered, is one of the most potent instruments of transformation. When its colors, textures, and messages align with intention, it can gently redirect the energy of a room—and the spirit of the viewer.
Twelve years ago, I turned to painting botanicals, drawn to the quiet power of nature. Using a palette knife rather than a brush allows me to release the need for precision and instead capture the essential spirit of each flower. The viewer is invited to meet the painting halfway, bringing their own imagination into the details.
Each painting is paired with a haiku—an offering of insight, an invitation to align with one’s inner landscape. And in the upper corner, three red squares echo the tradition of Asian seals, honoring my roots in Feng Shui.
My intention is simple: to create paintings that offer inspiration, joy, and grace—artworks that remind us that transformation is always possible.
